There are a number of video tutorials within your CRM setup to help guide you, as well as the Start Help Guide, and tool tip text help.

We may have scoped an individualised custom onboarding package with set actions for you.

In some instances where specifics we not scoped, especially in cases where a user might have previous CRM experience or be tech capable we may have specified a time block only.

Either methodology is fine, and we're also open to futher scoping and help should that need arise.

We can help with importing your contacts, although it is straight forward.

First-time/New CRM Users: Contacts in an excel with individual columns ready to import - first name, last name, email, mobile, contact data, etc is teh correct format.

If you need help with importing, having the format correct minimised the time block required.
