Refund Policy

Your Order Cancellation Rights:

Your SmarterCRM subscription runs on a month-to-month or annual basis. There are no locked-in or fixed-term contracts.

To cancel your subscription, we ask that you provide at least 30 days' written notice before your next renewal date. Notice can be submitted by email or our support portal.

Month-to-month plans: If your notice falls within 30 days of your next renewal date, that upcoming renewal will still be charged, and your cancellation will take effect at the renewal after it. Your subscription remains active until the end of that paid period.

Annual plans: Notice must be received at least 30 days before your annual renewal date. If notice is given partway through an annual term, your subscription remains active until the end of the current 12-month period. No refund is provided for the unused portion of that term.

Refunds are not provided for any unused portion of your current subscription period, nor for any prepaid PAYG (pay-as-you-go) credits held on your account.

Your subscription and access to the platform will remain active until the end of your current paid period. Any data export you require should be requested before your access ends.
